Welcome to Coral Psychology
I'm Hebba Morcos, Registered Psychologist, with over a decade of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families.
I work from a warm, practical place — my goal is for you to feel genuinely understood, not just assessed.
A lot of the people I see have been carrying something for a while without quite knowing what it is. Or knowing what it is, but not what to do about it. Either way, that's a good place to start.
ADHD & autism assessments for children and adults
Neuroaffirming, multi-informant assessments that go beyond a label — thorough, strengths-based reports that help you understand yourself or your child more clearly.
You don't have to have it all figured out to reach out
I work with adults, children aged 6 and up, and families.
These are the main areas I support — though if something isn't listed here, get in touch anyway. Starting a conversation costs nothing.

That experience of being truly met by another person is something I've come to believe is quietly foundational to change. It's what I try to bring to every session.
I work with a lot of people who have spent years trying to make sense of themselves through frameworks that never quite fit. I know what that's like — my understanding of neurodiversity is shaped by both professional experience and my own late ADHD diagnosis. That gives me a different kind of attentiveness to the things that get missed.
My approach is warm, direct and practical. I'm not someone who lets you sit in silence waiting for an insight — I'm actively alongside you. We'll look at what's happening, make sense of it together, and work toward something that actually changes how your day-to-day feels.

- Struggling in your relationships, or feeling disconnected
- Burned out and running on empty

What to expect from the start
No forms to fill in before we've even spoken. It starts with a conversation.
Get in touch
Send an email or book a free 15-minute phone call. It's a relaxed conversation — no pressure, no forms first. We'll talk about what's brought you here and whether I'm the right fit.
First session
Fifty minutes, mostly about me getting to know you — what's been going on, a bit of background, and what you're hoping for. You don't need it all worked out beforehand.
Ongoing sessions
We work at a pace that suits you — weekly or fortnightly, for as long as it's useful. Some people come for a few sessions. Others stay longer. There's no set timeline.
Practical, not just reflective
Sessions mix making sense of things with figuring out what to do differently. The goal is always that what happens in the room starts to change something outside it.
Practical information
Everything worth knowing before taking the next step. Still have questions? Reach out — I'm happy to help.
What does a session cost?
Current fees are listed on the Fees & Information page. If you'd rather talk it through, the free 15-minute call is a good place to ask.
Do I need a referral?
No — you're welcome to book directly, and many people do.
If you'd like to claim a Medicare rebate, you'll need a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP first. I'm happy to explain how that works if it's unfamiliar.
Is telehealth available?
Yes, for therapy — anywhere in Australia.
ADHD and autism assessments are in person only, at the Wangara rooms, because direct observation forms part of the assessment.
How do I know if you're the right fit?
Honestly, the free 15-minute call is the best way to find out. You'll get a sense of how I work, and I'll get a sense of what you're looking for.
Fit matters more than credentials in this work. If I'm not the right person, I'll say so and help you find someone who is.
What's your cancellation policy?
Life happens, and I'd always rather you tell me early than not at all. Cancellation terms are set out on the Fees & Information page, and I'll go through them with you before your first session.
Is everything I share confidential?
Yes. What you share stays between us, and your records are kept securely.
There are a small number of legal exceptions — where there's a serious risk to your safety or someone else's, where a court subpoenas records, or where mandatory reporting obligations apply. I'll explain all of this in your first session so there are no surprises.
