Session fees
What you'll pay
Standard Session
* Weekend and after-hours appointments can be arranged. A 10% surcharge may apply.
Assessment Services
Assessment services are available to support understanding of emotional, behavioural and neurodevelopmental presentations, including ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Fees depend on the complexity of the assessment, information gathering and report requirements, and are discussed prior to commencing the process.
Please note assessment services are generally not Medicare rebated, as they involve substantial work outside of consultation sessions — including scoring, interpretation, formulation and report writing.

Accessing services
Ways to get started
Self-Referral
You are welcome to book directly without a referral if you are paying privately. No GP letter or paperwork required — just reach out and we'll take it from there.
Medicare (MHCP)
To access Medicare rebates, you'll need a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP or psychiatrist. This entitles you to up to 10 rebated sessions per calendar year. Happy to explain how this works — just ask.
Private Health Insurance
If you have extras cover, you may be able to claim a rebate through your private health fund. Rebates vary by provider, so it's worth contacting your fund directly to confirm your entitlements before your first appointment.
NDIS
NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed are welcome. Please note that Coral Psychology is not a registered NDIS provider and is therefore unable to see NDIA-managed participants.
Telehealth
Telehealth appointments are available and offer a flexible option for accessing support in a familiar and comfortable environment. Sessions are adapted to suit the individual and may include practical and play-based approaches where appropriate.
Free 15-Min Consultation
Not sure where to begin? Book a complimentary 15-minute phone call to discuss your needs and determine whether this service is the right fit. No obligation, no forms, no commitment.
