About me...
I am a psychologist who works with children, adolescents, adults, and families to better understand their experiences and support meaningful change.
My approach is collaborative and client-centred, grounded in the belief that each person is the expert in their own life. My role is to create a space where people feel safe, understood, and supported to make sense of what’s happening, and to move forward in a way that feels right for them.
I value taking the time to build connection and trust, recognising that change does not happen all at once, but through small, consistent steps. Alongside this, I offer practical strategies that can be used in everyday life to support emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and relationships.
Outside of my work, I am drawn to nature, particularly the ocean. There is something grounding in its rhythm and sense of balance, which reflects how I view the process of change as gradual, responsive, and supported by the right environment.
