About Me

I am a psychologist who works with children, adolescents, adults, and families to understand their experiences and support meaningful, sustainable change. I bring over a decade of experience working across psychology and related fields, including advocacy, extensive work with individuals, families, and systems of care.
My approach is collaborative and client-centred, with a strong focus on using evidence-based strategies tailored to each person’s needs. I incorporate structured assessment and formulation to identify patterns of behaviour, emotional responses, and contributing factors, allowing intervention to be targeted, practical, and relevant to everyday life.

I place a strong emphasis on building therapeutic relationships, recognising that trust and connection are central to deeper work. Therapy is approached as a gradual process, supporting insight, skill development, and meaningful change over time. Alongside this, I provide practical strategies to support emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and relationships across home, school, and work environments.

Lived Experience

My understanding of neurodiversity is shaped not only by professional training, but also by my own lived experience. This has given me a deeper appreciation of the challenges that can arise within ourselves and across family systems, including patterns that are often misunderstood, overlooked, or misinterpreted.
This personal insight has guided my interest in working with neurodivergent individuals and families, alongside evidence-based practice. It allows me to approach this work with both clinical clarity and genuine understanding of the complexities involved.

I aim to support you in making sense of these experiences and navigating change at a pace that feels manageable. The focus is on a gentle, respectful approach—helping you build understanding, develop practical strategies, and move toward a more stable and supportive foundation.

Outside of my work, I am drawn to nature, particularly the ocean. Its rhythm and balance reflect how I view change—as a process that develops over time, supported by the right conditions and environment.
